At ZENY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original ZENY packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
